What's a typical Sunday like?
We meet in the cafeteria of a nearby elementary school in University City. Each Sunday, we sing praises and hear a message from the Word of God, often with real stories and some time for discussion and prayer. After service, we enjoy lunch together and usually wrap up with sports or board games!
Besides our normal Sundays, we also hold Baptism Sundays, special talks, evangelism days, Service Sundays, and Thanksgiving and Easter Sundays with special musical elements.

What are Service Sundays?
The Christian call to servanthood is to emulate Jesus, whose ministry was to serve the poor, sick, and needy. We strive to be followers of Jesus, and we create opportunities on a few Sundays throughout the year for our members to serve in the nearby community. In the past we have served at a rehabilitation center, in an elderly home, and at a K-8 school for under-resourced students in north Philly.

What are Grow Groups?
Living out God's Word is an essential part of every Christian's spiritual journey. Grow Groups are small discussion groups where we discuss the Sunday message, share how to apply it to our lives, and spur each other on to take steps throughout the week to grow in servanthood, prayer, and other Biblical themes.
